Prayer Request:

Please join us in prayer as we pray for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.  It hit so close to home and we worked very hard with the local shelters to help the evacuees as well as the canines and felines.

As an ASPCA member, I can't begin to thank all that so graciously gave whatever they could from the bottom of their hearts.  We can't forget the manufacturers that shipped in crates, canine and feline foods, medicines, etc.....from all over the United States.  This time proved that Jesus is in alot more hearts than what we think.

Prayer is very powerful and we are succeeding everyday in convincing these evacuees to accept Jesus into their hearts.  Isn't it great to know that there is some good to testify to in the future?

"For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and you gave Me drink.  I was a stranger and you welcomed Me....."
Matthew 25:35

We would like to introduce you to a very special cocker here at Over The Rainbeaux Kennels.  His name is "Mr. Tabasco" and he is our "rescued" member of the family.  When I was employed as a Deputy Clerk of Court, we had a case come before us that involved a man abusing a dog.  When the case came to court, I realized the dog involved was a pure-bred cocker spaniel and my heart fell to my toes!!!  Although I had three cockers at home, I didn't have the heart to leave him at the courthouse that day.  So I rescued him on my lunch break and brought him home.  The poor little fellow hid from everyone but me.  When my sons and husband approached him, he would tremble and yelp with fear.  After almost a year of working with him......well, I think you can see the results from this photo.  Although he is not part of our breeding program, he plays "watch dog" to those that are.  And if he could talk, I think he would say.....there's no place like Over The Rainbeaux Kennels!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for dropping by.

"And remember, my sentimental friend....

that a heart is not judged by how much you love,

but by how much you are loved by others."
